(EN) TALKS about Architecture is an international lecture platform for architects. Since 2013, architects working outside the Netherlands have been invited to Rotterdam to discuss architecture, their practice, and its relationship to society.

(NL) Since 2023, Robert-Jan has been writing a column for De Architect. For over 20 years, he has published articles on architecture in outlets such as Archined and Vers Beton. From 2016 to 2019, he was a member of the editorial board for the Jaarboek Architectuur in Nederland. He has also contributed texts to publications for the Hedy d’Ancona Prize for Excellence in Healthcare Architecture, the Dutch Design Yearbooks, and the publications on the Prix de Rome Architecture.
